Return Conditions

• Please inspect your order upon reception and email us at sales@bluepelicanrainwear.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right for you.
•  Item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• The original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable if the order was not defective or damaged.

Refunds

• If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method . Please remember it can take up to 7 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. 

Order ships within 1 business day.  Tracking number will be provided.  Orders over $150 ship free.
